Maximum Subtitle Display Time (msec) and bsplayer.ini

Well, I have a problem...

I created CD with a movie in .mpg format and subtitles in .txt
I used bsplayer.ini to save the position of subtitles, font itc. BUT when someone play it on the other computer, Maximum Subtitle Display Time is set on 1500 and text disapeared too fast!

Question:

Is there any way to save Maximum Subtitle Display Time option in bsplayer.ini not only in the registry of windows?

Thanks in advance!

Note this setting concerns the maximum subtitle display time and not a minimum display time.
The fact that the subtitle is shown too short a time, has nothing to do with BSPlayer; it is owing to the timeinformation (or for .txt probably framenumbers) included in the subtitle file itself!
