when i watch a movie i only see the half of movie : the movie is to the bottom
even if i zoom or i change the ratio it's the same problem
how can i change that ?

Press key "O" some times and see what happens. When in correct size, reselect 16:9 or 4:3 or auto-size. It will now keep the good format.

It's rare but each time I fix the problem like that.

i prefer delete bsplayer and reinstall but whejn i reinstall it did the same
how can i be sure to delete all files

Correct me if I'm wrong but BSPlayer is a fine proggy that doesn't put shit anywhere on your pc. All the bundle comes into your BSPlayer directory. Delete it and everything will go away with it.

Does this problem occurs all the movies your are trying to play with? Or only one or two?

Did you try the pan-scan option?
