BSplayer and Reclock

I am used to play avi files with two audio AC3 streams. The audio renderer is configured as reclock audio renderer.
When opening BSplayer and playing an avi file, ReClock starts automatically playing one of the 2 audio streams. As soon as I switch to the other audio stream, the Reclock tray icon disappears and consequently there is a progressive desync appearing between video and audio.
Does anybody have an idea about the way to keep Reclock working when changing audio stream?
