'Enable Multi-monitor' Feature removed ?

Hi,
I downloaded the latest version hoping for bug corrections on this feature( I am aware it was not fully supported as it says itself ) , and it seems to me the feature is not here anymore.
Is it true or am I missing something ?

BTW, the latest version keeps on crashing : I guess that it is linked since this feature was enable before installing this version.

Not such a problem for me. I installed a previous version back.
Be aware of the problem if this feature is of interest for you.
