Can't install Bs Player

My BS player was freezing when playing a video, so I uninstalled and tried several times to install it again.
Every time an error message (attached) appears.

I can not install the software

I started to install the software and the computer fell and installation was not completed. I'm trying to download the software again and I got a message similar program exists on your computer. I can not install the software. Site does not allow to download again. What can I do
