Unicode support for BSplayer

I have my Windows 7 "Language for non-Unicode programs" set to Chinese Simplified PRC. However, BSplayer refuses to load any videos with filenames of chinese characters.

Just double-checking, is BSplayer unicode yet?

If so... does anyone else get this problem where they can't load up video filenames with foreign characters?
