Chapter viewer

How can i use the chapter viewer?I use ChapterXtractor to make chapters, but i only get time and name.Is there an other program to use to create chapters for bsplayer?

I have developed a BSI/INI maker for BSPlayer, including creating chapters and cbf file (the one used with viewer). You can download it from here: http://members.lycos.co.uk/ajimp/bsinimaker.zip
