error message "can't open file" .ogm

Hi everyone
i looked for a solution in this forum, but i didn't find one that work.
so here is my problem.

got XP and BSplayer v 1.00.830

installed codec (audio and video)
-OggDS0996.exe
-ffdshow-20030523.exe
-ac3filter_0_70b.exe

the only file i can not open is a *.ogm. The .ogm file which is the main file contains: The #### movie, Japanese and English audio, and english subs.
when i open the file i've got a message error box "can't open file"

I hope someone might help me
