ERROR when dl BSPlayer READ!!!

I can't download bsplayer. The problem is something with the PHP, becuse the skins are ok. When trying to download, it asks where to save/open it, but after that it gets finished after 0 kb (it dosen't download anything) and the file cannot be opened.

I'm running Win98, and are using Internet Exp. 6.0.??, and the first RC1 version was download able with no problems..

my firewall (NIS2003) blocked the transfer and the download ended with giving me a 0kb file. when i shut down the firewall the d/l worked fine.
