Download and install Codec Separately

Hi Everyone,

I don't have internet at home.
Could someone please tell me:

How do I download & install Codecs (from a friend's place with Internet),
Then go home and install/copy that Codec to a Heavy PC with BSPlayer-For-Windows ?
