Should bsplayer register with a fixed path or as clsid?

Bsplayer registers in my computer as CLSID instead of a fixed path like

c:\program files\webteh\bsplayer

Like other programs do.

Is that normal thay Bsplayer register as CLSID or should it be installed with a fixed path like above example?

All other apps install with fixed path.

Also, certificate says Microsoft is publiher and its registered as hardware :)

Mouse in system?
