No Play List

Hello.
I created a playlist through your BSPLAYER program.
If I open it, nothing happens.
If I open BSPLAYER and the playlist file does not open the list.
If I open the playlist from the window where I created it, it opens but by clicking one of the files in the list the video is not played.

How do you solve the problem?
