Specific MKV file doesn't open

Hi guys,
I have Win 10 and I Install BSPlayer.

I installed all the codec and when I try to play the video it doesn't open it, but in other video program it's ok.

What is the problem?

The issue might be with the player itself. Have you tried to re-install it?
