Subtitles drag and drop does not work Hi, got this weird problem where dragging a subtitle into the player stopped working. How it worked before: I dragged a subtitle file (srt) from the folder window into the player window. there was a small loading and the subtitle would show in the menu. Now: I drag subtitle file (srt) and nothing happens. the subtitle also does not show on menu. How i got it to work now: When i save the file (srt) in desktop and then go to "Load subtitles" from the player menu I can load the subtitle successfully and it will also show on menu. ver: BSplayer 2.75 I was wondering how to fix it so that drag and drop works again. thanks. |
Any special characters in subtitle filename ? |
it had special characters but so it was when it worked as well. Anyway i renamed it to a single word without special characters and it's still happening. |
ok seems i fixed it, it seems that what caused it was when i right click the BSplayer shortcut and ticked the box to run it as admin. So i undid that (unticked that box) and now im able to drag and drop again. Just leaving it here in case someone else has that problem and wanna try this. |
