Open Video problem

Hi, I'm using windows 10 and BS 2.72. Open movie file - a black screen open no sound and no video
Any help? Thanks!

When installing, allow BSPlayer to install LAV Filters and AC3Filter.
Make sure you are or you run it as administrator.
