wmv lose sound and undragable

Hi,
Just found that some wmv files have trouble to play in BSplayer 808 --- I can see video, but no sound, and the slider can not be draged. While in MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC it works just fine.

System:
win2000 PRO sp4,
BSplayer 808,
Media Player Classic,
k-lite codec pack,
real alternative,
...
