How to use Creative remote control?
 

I have Creative Live! Platinum 5.1 with remote controller and I'd like to use it with my playback software like BSPlayer, PowerDVD or Winamp, but I couldn't make it in any software!

The procedue I followed was the exact one as in the manual or help file, but I can't do anything else but start the application I want - any other control (play, stop, pause etc) except volume isn't working.

Any idea? Thanks!

I have a piece of shareware called Intelliremote that lets you completely take control of your MCE or Creative Remote. Do you want to launch BSPlayer from the Green Button rather than Windows Media Center? Now you can! Do you want to control BSPlayer from your sofa? Now you can! If you can think of it, Intelliremote can probably do it for you. Creative and Microsoft had an excellent idea bundling an infrared remote control with their products...it's just to bad the software doesn't even do what you want it to do!
