Question about using ffdshow in standalone cd...

I'm trying to make a standalone bsplayer cd using ffdshow strictly as my video filter. I'm using build 2004520 which also contains an audio decoder. Problem is I want to use intervideo audio decoder for the audio, but when I burn everything to cd, the audio decoder in the ffdshow.ax filters overrides intervideo audio decoder. This makes the sound play twice as fast, and I have to manually disable the audio decoder so that intervideo audio decoder can take over

So the question is how can I use ffdshow.ax as my video filter only and disable the ffdshow audio decoder from auto-enabling?

Thanks in advance for anyone who has the answer.
