how to zoom picture vertically?

In full screen mode, I know I can "move picture up/down/left/right" with the key Num 8/2/4/6. But for some movies, I want to zoom vertically, that is, make actors "taller".

Is there a function for this?

Use the same keys but in combination with [Ctrl]
