What does it mean "Can't create DirestDraw surface" I cannot play any video files.:(((

Do you know which version of DirectX is installed on your PC?
You can check as follows:
[Start] > Run
type in: dxdiag
and hit [Enter]
What is DirectX-version?
Now that we are there: click on tab "Screen" (or similar)
You can test DirectDraw on this tab.
In BSPlayer you can try "Use VMR-9" (if DirectX 9 installed)
(under rightclick > Options > Preferences > Video > Video rendering)
You can also try other (overlay) settings under Video rendering
