What CoDec Pack would be best for Recording in MPEG 1 & 2 as well as Divx via BSplayer Pro?

To record in DivX get DivX 5 Pro with keygen, or get XviD from Koepi if you prefer to use XviD.

Would it cause a coflict to install Divx 5 Pro & Xvid at the same time ?

Not at all. It's absolutelly safe.
You can get Xvid from www.koepi.org
DivX Pro with keygen can be downloaded via any P2P program, but remember to get latest version (or the version before that, and then use update feature)! (that's very important when you wanna use it to encoding)
