Probblem with openeing films

i cant open films, when i tru i immediatly get a error: AppName: bsplayer.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.811 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0b80fe4d

i dont know what it is and how to reapiar it, so plz help me

First of all, try updating to the latest version of BSPlayer.
