This may sound stupid...but

I just downloaded the player and need to know how to work the subtitle mode and If there is a way to add pictures to a video,such as adding a head to a body in a video???

Concerning subtitles: read item 9 of my Help2Help-post.
Concerning your second question: you need a movie editor (and probably a good commercial one $$$) in stead of a player!
