Time stops running - Movie continues

Hi
I have a problem playing some files (.dat files, extracted from a vcd).
In a file that is something like 57 minutes lengh, bsplayer reaches 47 aproximatedly, the slider reaches the end, the time and the subtitles stops running, but THE MOVIE CONTINUES !!!
It happened me also with mpeg files. The times are always different from one file to another.

Any clues?

Strange indeed.
A longer while ago there has been a somewhat similar post.
Sorry I have no clue (other than that it might be related to your mpeg2 codec?)

Install elecard MPEG2 decoder. Load the movie, go to options->filters->elecarrd MPEG2 demultiplexer and enable use bitrate instead of PTS.
