Gray bordes in TV OUT

Hello!

I've a 6600GT, and I'm using the latest ForceWare driver.

The problem is that when I display a video (AVI) on TV (dualview or single display -TV-) the top and bottom borders are in GRAY color and not in black (16:9, the TV is 4:3).

I like to change this background/border color to black. How can I do that?
