Subtitle Timing

Hey,

I am n00b at this but i had a question.
I have seinfeld series with subtitles but the problem is that the sub comes to early so i use shift+ <---- . But my question is it possible to put that some how in the .sub file so i dont need to correct it every time i watch it? Because BSplayer doesnt remember it.
