Why my screen captures look so weird?

Seems i have a problem with my video/images filters. Every time i make a cap it looks with certain areas of the screen with "traces". i dont know how to explain it, so i posted an example:

Have you tried to fiddle around a bit with the settings?
Check out item (b) "I wish to capture screens, but ... " under MISCELLANEOUS of my Help2Help-post.

yes ive tried changing the settings and none has solved this. ive also read the post "i wish to capture screens, but...".

Now im open to other solutions (hopefully)
