Plugin to set default audio stream and subtitle

Hi,

I wrote a little plugin to set default audio stream and subtitle.
I think it could be usefull to some people, in particular people watching dual audio anime :)

I wrote this for myself and didn't do any extensive debugging, so I hope it will work for other people too.
