BsPlayer tuner recognize problem

Hi,
I have 1.32 Pro version Build 820. I also have MSI tv@nywhere with MSI 8608 tuner. On right click in Bsplayer option Open device... inactive. How can I use BSPlayer for watching TV with my tuner? Thanks
