subtitles

I am unable to get any subtitles on the screen when i show afilm,I have bsplayerpro,the newest version,I think maybe the problem is it the settings,Use to use the free one and that worked well,can anyone give me any help pleae,you can mail me at samslang55@hotmail.com

it now works great
