How to extend video to defined height

BSplayer and BSplayer Pro version 1.35 (b823) (17 Aug 2005)

added option to extend video to defined height (useful for putting subtitles under the movie)

How?

Is there any plan to enable black bars (top and bottom) on overlay, so ATI cards can display subtitles in black arrea in TV theatre mode?

(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > [Video rendering]
Then select at "Extend picture to" (in the south-east quarter)
