Finally I found your actual post, since the previous one didn't give any information :)

A stupid question:
Have you a Windows 2000/NT/XP installation and you don't have admin privileges?
I don't know if the problem is that, but it could be..

Anyway, as registered user of BSplayer you can send the error message to the authors with the "Send error report" button that appears in the Error message window, and ask to them for compatibility issues with your tuner device or other problems :wink:

I'm sorry, they SHOULD answer to your question since with the license you bought also tecnical support :(
