when i start .mpg (file from PINNACLE STUDIO)file there is no video and if i try any other

file type it stops and says:

The problem is from Ciber Link Audio decoder. Try to disable it from filters management or install an alternate MPEG2 decoder such as elecard or Bitctrl.
