jaLCDs plugin

Hello BSplayer fans,

Today I bring you a new BSplayer plugin: the jaLCDs plugin.
This plugin sends the filename, total time and elapsed time to jaLCDs so they can be displayed
on character LCDs connected to the parallel or serial port. (or any other LCD supported by jaLCDs).
