NERO 7.0.....HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I a great o well a big big problem wiht my bsplayer, i install NERO 7.0 and bsplayer no open NOTHING, just a black display.........please help me!!! .......is nero the mistake??????
