Try the following steps: 1. Shut down BSplayer 2. Open the BSplayer directory (usually it is "C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer") 3. Delete the file BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml (where USER_NAME is your current account name in Windows) 4. Restart BSplayer This way your settings will be lost, but the key definitions will be restored :roll:
