when watching movie, screen is flickering

I searched this forum and also read help2help message to find any answer for my following problem.

I watch a DivX/XviD movie with my BSPlayer on TV w/out problem for a while, but after half of an hour, monitor is start to flicker and at the same time movie is start to slow motion on tv. While flickering, horizontal black lines appear on monitor. Closing the BSPlayer does not stop screen flickering, only restart is solve this problem.

I installed this pc one week ago and only installed following components. So it is very fresh and the problem is started with the first movie.

This problem does not relate to any type of movie format.

- BSPlayer: 1.36.825
- DivX Codec 6.0.3 is installed (I have first installed k-lite codec pack but for this problem I have uninstalled it)
- TVTool 9.7
- Video card: GeForce2 MX/MX-400
- NVIDIA ForceWare: 81.95
- DirectX 9.0c
- Monitor: Philips LCD 150S (driver is installed)

NVIDIA options
nView Display Mode: Dualview
Full Screen Video: Full screen device=auto-select, zoom control=video mirror

BSPlayer options
Subtitles: Draw subtitles to Overlay surface is checked
BSPlayer uses DivX Decoder Filter (6.0.0.1697) and MPEG Layer-3 Audio Decoder (1.5.0.50)

Also my system is:
intel p4-3 ghz cpu 1gb ram, asus p4p800s-x board, winxp pro with sp2, avast 4.6, kerio personal firewall 4.2, ms antispyware (all of them english).
I use coax cable for transferring audio to my sony receiver, and use composite video cable for transferring video to my sony tv.
