Instant Download-Did not receive it.
 

Hello,

I am very new here. I just purchased the BSPlayer Pro on-line expecting an instant download of the program. The instant download never happened and there were no links to click on the page that verified my purchase. My purchase was verified by WorldPay. Did I miss something? Is the BSPlayer Pro that I purchased going to be mailed to me?

Below is the text, that leads me to believe that I should have been able to download the program, quoted from the URL:

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I just want to know when to expect receipt of my purchase.

You will be able to download BSplayer Pro directly from BSplayer site (at this link) as soon as you activate the account, if you don'r remember your password, press the button "I forgot my password", and a new one will be sent to your e-mail address.
Also you should receive an e-mail with user name and registration code (to insert in BSplayer program to activate Pro features).. :wink:

Be sure you don't have a message ontop of the IE window, saying something like "IE has prevented downloading a file to your computer....." If so, click on the message and accept download.

Thank you, adicoto and Tizio, for your responses. I am happy to inform you that I am presently downloading the program. It seems that the problem was that I did not realize that I would be receiving an e-mail with a password provided within. The e-mail finally came several hours after I had gone to sleep! Thus my confusion. I was trying to login to the download page with my username and password for this forum!
