BSPLAYER REAL PROBLEM

HEEEY,WHY no one, nobody, not anyone, not anybody answer me,its a real question, and i think its imortant,if we have to pay a BS Player it have to work correctly in chain playlist mode. Please,do that, its not jouke.

adicoto 6th February 2006 04:02 PM

You don't need to pay the PRO version to use the playlist. But to play all the files in the playlist you have to enable "repeat all" function, located on the main window on the left hand where it say "Repeat:none" . If you hoover with the mouse over that you'll see it is active and if you click there you'll cyrcle through some options like
- none - it will play just one file
- one - it will play over and over again the same file
- all - it will play all the files, one by one
- random - it will play the playlist but randomly

Just the same problem use palylist in BSPlayer

My dear friend,a real problem is:need to play diferent video files on BSPlayer continiously with out "drop outs" between it,jus like "MERGET" file.Always in TV-out i have dropout between some videoclip and some movie for example.Did you understand me??Thats what i need-no dropouts between the files.vwerry best regards:Lucke Anakin Skywalker

I don't think this should be possible, different files using different filters to decode, different times to buffer into memory. Probably something like a small crossfading would help into reducing this gap.

bsplayer problem

yes,i'm agree but what kind of crossfade i can use, also the same problem i have with files in the samesystem-for example only DivX,or XviD,or only MPEG-2 files-its absolutly the same effect. If you can-please conculate me.10U

Maybe you can try a Winamp_DSP crossfader..
You sould search for one compatible with Winamp v2, since BSplayer supports Winamp's DSPs. I don't know if they can work also with video files, but you can try and see if this solution fits your needs

DSP-Digital sound processing

AFAIK here on the forum, are some guys with good programming skills. Maybe they will come up with a plug-in. In this area I have no knowledge.

AFAIK DSP means Digital Signal Processing, in fact all digital encoding devices have DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) in them to process sound and video.

(today I made an exam on this field  )

For Winamp the major use is for audio since Winamp started as an mp3 player, but DSPs can handle (and are specialized for) digital signals processing in general
Maybe an audio crossfader can work, maybe tomorrow I'll give it a try :)

It's true that there are people with good programming skills, but I think that to make a video processing plugin to integrate into BSplayer is a bit complicated (if not impossible), they should write a dsp plugin

I will not start to write one :P

As I've said, there are here many people who knows more than I do in this area.

Maybe you should wait for medialibrary in BSplayer 2.0 version.
