Problem in my bsplayer *

Is it the place to put my bsplayer doubts?

If not please let me know.

Situaion:
I have the free bsplayer (I think) and I downloaded a full series of an anime. It already came with subtitles included (english) and a dual audio. I instaled a pack of kodecs in order to watch the series and then instaled bsplayer. I am not able to watch the episodes with the subtitle option: they just dont apear as if the file has none subtitles included.

What is happening? Please do reply *

Yes, this is the right place! :)

Maybe first take a look at BSPeter's "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" post.

There you'll find a lot of answers to your questions and also a guideline to post more accurate questions on the forum, so we can help you in a better way!

Read that post and then write here if you found the solution or if you need more help

More specifically: What filters (codecs, decoders, splitters) are running, while you play the problematic files.

Do not install codec packs. If you discover an unplayable file, you must determine its format and decide what decoder you will need.

Haali Media Splitter has problems with subtitled files.
