Subtitle headache Help me out with this one please The problem: When i use vmr7 or vmr9 I get a perfect image out of avi video files. I would like very much to stick to these renderers. The problem is that when I do use them, I get no subtitles. Subtitles don't show up. To see the subtitles I have to use a renderer that delivers some sort of a blurish image, far away from the quality of the vmr7 or vmr9 renderers image. Could you please help me out with this one, please? |
Have you alread ytried VMR7 renderless or VMR9 renderless [Mode1 and Mode2]? |
Yes Yes, yes I Have As for the vmr9 the image gets blurry too. But the vmr7 (mode 1 and 2), shows me the most perfect of images, pity for it to go hiding my subtitles. Any ideas for resolving this problem? Let me put it this way, more simple I think Is there a way that you Know for getting subtitles with any renderer a guy might choose? |
Is "Draw subtitles to overlay surface" selected? (under (rightclick >) Options > General > Subtitles) |
Yes Yes, yes, that option is selected, it was allready selected when I posted my problem. |
Same problem here... Also can't see Subs inside an MKV file, no matter which renderer used. |

What version (build/date) of BSPlayer are you using. Type of videocard? |
Re: Subtitle headache The image is probably blurred because you view the videos in too high resolution compared to their actual size. Use 640*480.[/quote] Did not solve the problem - continues blurred. Only with the vmr7 renderer the blurr does not happen |
