Need codecs to play .wmv videos
 

I did use GSpot and it tells me nothing on what codecs I need to play .wmv videos. I still need those codecs to play them. Where can I get them and if you have them please send them to me? Thanks.

Why in the life of me that you all can not send me the codec but no. I am somewhat computer illiterate and would not know what to do if I went to that site. Please just send it to me instead of telling me where to go.

Like this you have the oportunity to learn something. I guess nobody intend to help someone who has no intention to show at least a second of interest in all.

I just want to use the player for all formats and I no one is helping me. I don't know alot of computers but that site will not help someone like me.

BSPeter, Digiface, adicoto and mihhkelreplied to you by telling you which codec you need and by giving links (and I replied to you too before the forum started having problems and some posts were deleted).... So why are you saying that no one is helping you?

Try to download the file mihhkel linked and then tell us if it worked..

Can you send me an link to download an older version like version 1.36 please?

Under section MISCELLANEOUS item (a) you'll find the following line "in fact at this last site you can download lots of versions of BSPlayer".

Follow that link and then choose the BSplayer version you want (the default one is v1.37, the last without WhenU adware)

Just send me the link to where I can get it. PLEASE.

I don't really understand what is the difficulty in doing so simple tasks... :?
