MultiDisk Videos with just One .bsi file located on HD?

My Problem:
I have some older Videos (call 'em "PraeBS")
Now I want to use subtitles, Chapters a.s.o.
Do I have to burn them all again, or is it possible to write a .bsi file on HD that can handle them (more than just one Disk per movie, unfortunately)
