An upgrade Solution...

I am a registered user of the previous version of BsPlayer Pro and was also surprised to find out that all of the sudden we had no "registered user" area to download from and that a new version was released that we were not entitled to upgrade. I understand that products must be supported. I payed in the first place right?!? Very bad communication and poor upgrade policy.
