I can´t see .avi files

First of all, I'm sorry but my english isn't very strong, I am argentine.
I can't see any of my avi files. I have installed ALL the codecs needed, (Divx 6.22, XviD-1.1.0-30122005, etc.), I DID read the help files but I can't solve this already.
When I want to open an avi file I get this:

BSplayer v2.00.937, Unhandled exception at EIP: 01F00193
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.
Please report this info to the author with description what were you doing.
If you have internet connection, it's recommended to send error report, this will help us solve problems faster.
Access violation at address 01F00193. Write of address 99F1F18A
EAccessViolation
Call stack: 00000000,01F00193,00404843

I saw something similar in other posts, tried all without solution.
Something I see (and is very strange for me) is that in Options/preferences/video, the properties configuration of DIVX 3, DIVX4+ and FFD show are LOCKED (in grey), like they are not installed, but they are! It seems like BSPLAYER can't see it.
What can I do? Thanks in advance for your help. I want to use this wonderful program.

Greyed option will be available once you load a video file.
1. Is it "Free" version or PRO version ?
2. Can you see other video files (MPEG, DVD)
3. Do you use a cracked pro version ?

Does this happen with every AVI file? If not, check my faq and search for "crash", there is a question - answer that may help...

Do your files play properly in Windows Media (Start -> Run -> mplayer2.exe -> OK)?

What does the dialog box called by "right_click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced" show?

The config panel for FFDSHOW will get enabled only when ffdshow is chosen to decode the current clip and is the first filter in filtergraph right after the media splitter (see Grendizer's FAQ if you want to know more about filtergraph). You might have ffdshow installed but another filter still has higher priority.

News, strange news

News, strange news.
Now it works sometimes, and after a while it makes the same crash.
I tried to open all the avi files that didn't work yesterday, and I could open it. But, I don't know why, suddenly it start to crash with all the same files.
Answers:
I have BSPlayer 2.0 pro, and all the files work with another players (like Windows Media or Winamp).
I CAN'T open right_click -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced. It doesn't respond.
In Options/filters control/filters priority I find nothing. Should I do something with this?
Thanks for all.

This only works if you have a videofile loaded.
Are you using an officially obtained and activated Pro version or are you using a crack?
