lines on bs player output (right side and bottom of screen) I watch movies with bs player, using a computer hooked up to a panasonic projector. There are lines (bright white) down the right side and bottom of the video output. These lines are not present when I view the same files on a computer screen. They are also not there when I view the same files using other software (ie power dvd) hooked up to the same projector. I suspect is has something to do with "overlay" but have not been able to remedy this situation. Your help would be greatly appreciated. St1ng |
You can try to change rendering mode under BSplayer settings (CTRL+p -> Video -> Video rendering -> Rendering mode) otherwise you can try to use the Pan&Scan option to enlarge the video window by few pixels just to hide the white lines... |
Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately neither of the two suggestions solved the problem. Nothing changed when I changed the video rendering options and increasing the pan scan does not remove the lined. I pan the projector out a little past the edges so the white lines appear on the bottom and right side black bars of the screen which makes it a little better. I just downloaded a new version of bs player and I will put in on my media center computer and see if this makes a difference. Thanks again |
