Ordering your product sucks

I have never been told to wait by any company when the product in question is available via download. If I buy something electronically, I expect to have it right away.

If you want to verify credit cards, use Vista's online method of doing so, where it asks the user for their personal password on their Vista account. Or switch to, and use Paypal.

This pisses me off enough to go get a cracked version until I, MAYBE, get the damn copy I paid for.

You're a company now, so be prepaired to deal with such complaints. If I don't get it within 24 hours, I am filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

As you can read here: http://bsplayer.com/en/bs.player/download/
Quote:

For Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
Version: 2.12 PRO

Cost: €29.90
Delivery: Download (please allow 48 hours for delivery)

As registrated user of BSplayer Pro you will get tech support. Your personal data cannot and will not be accessed by third parties. The order process is protected by a secure (SSL) connection.

You can use BSplayer Pro for all commercial purposes (presentations, government use, cinema,...)

If you have any questions about purchasing BSplayer Pro please contact us.
So you have to wait at least 2 working days for the download to be available.

Lately BS.Player authors had problems with automatic e-mail system when the receiver uses an Hotmail account. If this is your case, send them an e-mail with your transaction data and another e-mail address, otherwise wait for their reaction (they read the forum and always answer to customers' questions about transactions)

Like we stated in the http://bsplayer.com/en/bs.player/download/:

Delivery: Download (please allow 48 hours for delivery).

And, BTW it seems we don't have your email in our customers database.
Please provide the one used for original purchase (if you did not already receive your license).
Take care.

Wait 48 hours before download!? Now thats redundant. Regardless of who thinks what.
