What type of subtitle (read item (9) of my Help2Help-post) and what codec/filter is used to play your movie (last line of item (3) of my Help2Help-post).

Default DirectSound Device
AC3Filter
Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder

where can I find ffdshow?

subtitles from http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subt...o-munnabhai-en .srt

first BSPlayer didn't play sound, but it played subtitles without problems, then I installed K-Lite Codecs Pack, then sound was played, but there appeared the fault with subtitles, so after i added Elecard Decoder Package, but nothing got improved

thanks Jana

As written all over this forum we strongly advise against the use of codec-packs as it often results in more problems than you had before. More most certainly isn't always better. To the contrary! It increases the possibility of conflicts and makes it more difficult to pinpoint what exactly might be causing problems. That's why we also advise that - if you nevertheless wish to use a codecpack - you do it wisely and use the option to exclude items included in such pack from being installed. Be selective! In your case: most probably your movie had AC3 sound so that you could have sufficed only installing AC3 filter (as also mentioned in item (4) of my Help2Help-post).
(Further: there are several versions of K-lite codec pack with different " goodies " in it and we cannot guess which version you installed.)
Where to find FFDshow? Well e.g. as mentioned under MISCELLANEOUS in item (a) of my Help2Help-post
(a) Older/slower PC?; Previous BSPlayer-version(s)?; ffdshow?
.......... You can download ffdshow (alpha) here (or alternatively from here or here). .....
