How can I launch a movie at a specific time?

Is it possible?

Using windows inbuilt task scheduler is the easiest way i can think of. I use this method to run an mp3 at a certain time in the morning to work as an alarm clock :)

It's not what I whant to do, I whant to launch a vido at a specific moment of this video, insted of launch the video at the start.
