Pan-scan behaviours

Hi,
I have some questions and problematics abouts pan-scan feature.

With the SAME file playing with the same BSplayer Pro version, in one of computer i can make pan-scan to %0, but in the other computer i cannot make %0 it, i only can make below or above %0. I can make %0 by clicking pan-scan default, but after next adjustment still cannot adjust to %0?

Another question, the Same file is opened streched to the screen with no free spaces, but in other computer the video is played with lots of free spaces around the screen in FULL SCREEN mode. Why?

What is that?

Codecs related or not? Desktop resolution related?

Exactly same settings of BS.Player on both PC's?
Like video rendering/overlay and e.g. "Don't resize video in full screen"?

Could be codecs related; could be desktop resolution related. Different graphic cards?

What codec/filter is BS.Player using on both PCs? Which resolutions applied?

Probably you have to look also to the option "cut top and bottom of video in full screen mode" under Video settings (CTRL+P -> Video)
Maybe you have the "right" view in a 4:3 monitor and a "bad" view in a 16:9 or 16:10 monitor ;)

Although this checkbox is selected, the video in one of the computer is streched without needing to do a manual pan-scan. The codecs are same. Graphic cards and Monitor resolutions are different. So?

For full-screen watching, I mean, in computer A(1024x768 resolution, Geforce4 MX440), i need to do pan-scan up everytime if i want to watch video loseless from edges in full-screen mode.

But in computer B(1280x800, SIS integrated graphics), i do not need to do pan-scan because the video is streched and there is no lose of viewing in full-screen mode. Also i can do pan-scan to %0. In other computer(B) i cannot do %0(i can set below %0 or above).

Note: The video and Bsplayer versions are the SAME.
WHY?
